In Texas, the House has voted to ban gay foster parents, telling them to "halt in the name of the Religious Right." I don't see this bill passing the Texas Senate, but jeez. I know Republicans get elected by the Right side of Christianity, but do they really have to go this far to prove they're "true believers" in the cause?

Colin Powell, who has refused to come out and attack the Bush Administration since his resignation, is showing serious doubts about John Bolton. Not that it'll mean anything, at the end of the day. George W. Bush doesn't listen to losers. Rumsfeld ran Powell out of Washington. Thus making Powell a loser.

Not all is bad in America, however. Kindness still flows in our cities. When my girlfriend and I get married, and have our own place, we're going to adopt pets from places like these.
